We arrived at 6pm and we were met with a brilliant welcome, I believe that due to the guesthouse not being full we were upgraded to en-suite rooms which was a really nice surprise. We were given lots of local information on where to eat, The rooms were clean and comfortable, the en-suite was great and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was bloody delicious, good produce cooked extremely well. I would highly recommend the Bryncelyn Guesthouse

Lovely comfy B+B in the middle of the Welsh countryside right at the bottom of the devil's staircase. Perfect place to stay for bikers looking to do the staircase. Absolutely lovely owners, quiet, clean and comfy rooms, incredible breakfast cooked to order, highly recommended! A*

Our stay at Bryncelyn Guest House was a lovely experience. The hosts, Lorna and Ian, are a wonderful couple and did everything in their power to ensure we had the best possible time. The room was a good size and had plenty of space. The bathroom was newly done and modern. In the morning, our breakfast was nicely-cooked and there was a continental on the side. While the guest house didn’t have a direct view, only a stone’s throw away is the beautiful sights surrounding the little town. We had a brilliant time and hope to come again!

Fantastic hosts with a gorgeous house. The rooms were all nice and cosy. The beds was super comfortable. Location was perfect. From the moment we entered the reception we were looked after really well. They made sure we had everything and always kept checking on us. The food was amazing. They don’t cook often but only do if they get special request and I am glad I got to witness it. The food was just superb. It was a very family feeling and it was very personal. One of the most memorable stays. I would really recommend anyone and everyone to stay here really. All for a very good price point

From initial enquiry through to saying goodbye at the end of our stay, the level of customer service and attention to detail was amazing. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast menu used fresh locally sourced ingredients/products. Couldn't fault it and looking forward to a return visit.

What a find this place was! A lovely warm welcome from our hosts and we had been upgraded to an ensuite room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great and served in the light, airy dining room. There were veggie and vegan options too. Service was friendly and efficient and we felt like we had known Lorna for years! Would definitely recommend.
